Digital Marketing Executive

Shahrin Pharma Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow our digital presence across social media, website and online marketing channels.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in social media marketing, paid advertising, content creation and digital campaign management, preferably within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, beauty or consumer product industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for company products and brands.
• Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other social media platforms.
• Plan and manage Meta Ads and other paid advertising campaigns.
• Create engaging social media content, captions, campaigns and promotional material.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors and other marketing team members.
• Monitor campaign performance, leads, engagement and conversions.
• Manage and update website content and product listings.
• Conduct market, competitor and audience research.
• Generate regular digital marketing performance reports.
• Support online product launches and promotional campaigns.
• Identify new opportunities to improve brand awareness, traffic and sales.

Requirements

• Experience in Digital Marketing is required.
• Practical experience with Facebook/Instagram Ads (Meta Ads Manager).
• Strong understanding of social media marketing and digital advertising.
• Good knowledge of content marketing and online campaign planning.
• Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics and SEO will be an advantage.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Creative thinking with a results-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools is an advantage.
• Experience with WordPress, WooCommerce or Shopify will be an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration or a related field preferred.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, beauty, skincare, wellness, FMCG or e-commerce marketing will be preferred.
