Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Meta and Google Ads to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital advertising strategies, campaign optimization, and performance tracking. Experience in lead generation is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google platforms.
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
Implement and monitor conversion tracking to measure ad effectiveness.
Collaborate with the creative and content team to create compelling ad copies and creatives.
Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates through landing page optimizations and A/B testing.
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising.

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of proven experience with Meta and Google Ads.
Strong understanding of lead generation strategies (preferred).
Knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) techniques.
Good communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and clients.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Work Location: In person

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
