Digital Marketing Executive

Bharat Agrolink is looking for an experienced Performance Marketer who can drive business growth through paid digital campaigns with a strong focus on lead generation, customer acquisition, sales conversion, and ROI.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing performance marketing campaigns and be comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• lan, execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
• Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and other paid advertising platforms.
• Generate high-quality leads and drive customer acquisition through paid campaigns.
• Optimize campaigns to improve CPL, CPA, Conversion Rate and ROAS.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly lead and sales targets.
• Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, audiences, landing pages and campaigns.
• Monitor the complete customer acquisition funnel from ad → lead → sale.
• Coordinate closely with the Sales Team to improve lead quality and conversion.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
