Digital Marketing Executive

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We're looking for a creative and data-driven Marketing Executive to manage our social media and digital marketing, grow our brand online and generate leads for our IT solutions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Plan and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Google Business Profile

Build monthly content calendars and write engaging copy for posts, Reels, ads and campaigns

Create creatives, Reels and short videos using Canva, CapCut/Adobe Express and AI tools

Run and optimise paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads

Improve website and content visibility through SEO best practices

Track performance using GA4, Google Search Console and Meta Business Suite, and share monthly reports

Monitor social media trends and competitors, and suggest new ideas and campaigns

Support lead generation activities and work closely with the sales team

REQUIREMENTS:

Female candidate with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in social media and digital marketing

Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Google Business Profile

Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads

Proficient in Canva, CapCut/Adobe Express and basic video editing

Good understanding of SEO, GA4, Google Search Console and Excel/Google Sheets

Comfortable using AI marketing tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Canva AI

Strong communication, creativity and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and take ownership

WHAT WE OFFER:

Salary: 40,000 50,000 per month

Transportation allowance + telephone allowance

Full-time, office-based role in Noida
