Digital Marketing Executive

we are hiring a Digital Marketing candidate should have hands on experience in

• Facebook & Instagram Lead Generation campaigns for real estate projects.
• Manage campaigns across Campaign, Ad Set and Ad levels.
• Research and develop relevant audiences, locations, interests and targeting strategies.
• Create and test multiple ad copies, creatives, hooks and offers.
• Monitor key metrics such as CPL, CTR, CPM, CPC, Lead Quality and Conversion Rate.
• Optimize campaigns based on performance and lead quality.
• Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, campaigns and lead forms.
• Coordinate with the creative team for high-performing ad creatives.
• Analyze campaign data and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Identify poor-performing campaigns/ad sets and take corrective action.
• Maintain proper campaign structures, naming conventions and reporting.
• Stay updated with changes in Meta Ads Manager, targeting, placements and campaign optimization.

Must-Have Skills

• 6 months to 1 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience
• Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager
• Experience with Lead Generation campaigns
• Understanding of real estate marketing
• Good understanding of:
