About the Role

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage and execute digital marketing activities across various online platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, digital campaigns, and performance analysis to strengthen our online presence and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
• Manage the company's social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Create engaging content, including posts, captions, reels, stories, and promotional creatives.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to improve brand awareness, engagement, and reach.
• Execute and monitor paid advertising campaigns using platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Optimize website content and implement basic SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience research to identify marketing opportunities.
• Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare regular performance reports.
• Coordinate with design, content, and business development teams to ensure consistent brand communication.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 Years of experience in digital marketing or a relevant role.
• Hands-on knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
• Basic understanding of content creation and graphic design tools such as Canva.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking, analytical ability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in lead generation and paid campaign management.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and website analytics.
• Basic understanding of WordPress or other content management systems.
• Familiarity with marketing automation and reporting tools.
