Digital Marketing Executive

*About the Role*

Wisdom Properties is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who can independently create landing pages and manage digital advertising campaigns for our residential plot and real estate projects.

The candidate should be able to generate quality enquiries, connect leads to our CRM, and work with the sales team to improve site visits and bookings.

*Key Responsibilities*

- Create and maintain attractive, mobile-friendly landing pages using WordPress, Elementor, or similar platforms.

- Add enquiry forms, WhatsApp buttons, click-to-call buttons, and clear calls to action.

- Plan, launch, and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google.

- Manage campaign budgets, audience targeting, retargeting, and creative testing.

- Prepare advertising copy, social media posts, basic graphics, and short promotional videos using Canva and video-editing tools.

- Set up and verify Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.

- Connect landing-page leads with Sell.do CRM and troubleshoot lead-capture issues.

- Coordinate with sales executives and telecallers to assess lead quality and campaign results.

- Track advertising spend, cost per lead, qualified enquiries, site visits, and bookings.

- Maintain social media pages and prepare weekly performance reports.

- Ensure advertising content reflects approved project details accurately.

*Required Qualifications and Skills*

- Any graduate with relevant practical experience.

- Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.

- Proven ability to build landing pages independently.

- Working knowledge of WordPress, Elementor, forms, hosting, and domain configuration.

- Knowledge of conversion tracking, CRM integration, and campaign reporting.

- Ability to write clear promotional content in English and Tamil.

- Basic graphic design and video-editing skills.

- Ability to manage multiple project campaigns and meet deadlines.

*Preferred Qualifications*

- Experience in real estate marketing or sales lead generation.

- Experience working with Sell.do or a similar CRM.

- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, SEO, and landing-page speed optimisation.

- Relevant Google Ads or Meta certifications.
