Job Title: Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive

Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media and digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and online presence.
• Manage company social media accounts, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Create engaging content, including posts, reels, videos, graphics, and promotional campaigns.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase customer engagement.
• Monitor social media performance, website traffic, and campaign analytics to improve marketing results.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns through platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Coordinate with internal teams to promote company services, financial products, and business initiatives.
• Ensure all marketing communications comply with applicable financial advertising guidelines and company policies.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, social media algorithms, and competitor activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• 13 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing; freshers with relevant skills may also apply.
• Hands-on knowledge of social media platforms, digital advertising, SEO, and lead generation.
• Experience with Canva, video editing tools, and content creation software.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and social media scheduling tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns.
• Experience in financial services, stockbroking, or the securities industry will be an added advantage.
