Digital Marketing Executive

SOTC Play & Development Sdn. Bhd. (Playvelope) is a dynamic special needs intervention and educational centre committed to empowering children with diverse developmental needs through personalized, evidence-based approaches.
Due to our business expansion, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Digital Marketing Executive to drive online engagement, manage campaigns, and grow our digital presence in support of children with special needs and their families.

Responsibilities :

• Effectively plan, setup, implement and optimize all assigned performance marketing advertising campaigns such as Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, Website, E-commerce.
• Continuously improve knowledge in advertising technical expertise and proactively keep abreast on changes in all related digital platform algorithms to effectively optimize budget spend and performance of digital advertising campaigns to achieve campaign KPI's.
• Plan and execute communication on campaign performance and keep clients informed periodically throughout the campaign period.
• Campaign reporting and analysis.
• Manage budget tracking of campaigns and update relevant database with necessary information for departments analysis and improvement.
• Support superior and team by delivering quality output in a timely manner and acting as a mentor to junior employees.
• Manage and update company websites (WordPress/HTML/CMS), landing pages, and SEO optimization for better performance and visibility.
• Create, edit, and manage engaging content for digital platforms, including social media, websites, email newsletters, and blogs.

Requirements/ Qualification:

• Education: A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Advertising/Media Studies, Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
• Experience: Preferably 2 – 4 years of working experience in Facebook Ads/Google Ads campaign management.
• Solid functional understanding and experience in managing all digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads / Business Manager, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and etc.
• Google Ads / Facebook Blueprint certified individual.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Works well in a team as well as individually.
• Ability to take ownership on assigned projects/campaigns.
• Good organizational skills and time management.
• Able to think analytically and to resolve issues.
• Possesses a creative mindset and passion for digital marketing.
• Meticulous and pays attention to details.
• Compassionate, patient, and able to engage with children across a range of abilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
