Digital Marketing Executive （Mandarin ）

About the role

We're looking for a versatile marketing talent who can write content, shoot videos, and help spread joy to the world. You'll be responsible for planning, creating, and executing marketing campaigns across social media platforms and ad management.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, write, and publish content on social media platforms (mainly Xiaohongshu and TikTok; others may need to be updated as well)
• Shoot and create video content
• Manage ad budgets and prepare performance reports
• Collaborate with the team to execute brand campaigns
• Operate and optimize ads with A/B testing

About you

• Holds a relevant degree (Marketing, Advertising, etc.)
• Has 2–3 years of experience in a marketing role
• Is familiar with ad management tools and social media trends
• Can analyze data and use AI tools to craft engaging video, photo and copy
• Is a team player who can also drive projects independently
• Experience running ads that delivered real results is a bonus
