Digital Marketing Executive | Lead Generation & Content Creator

We are hiring a motivated and creative individual to join our logistics call center team working in a truck dispatching campaign.

This role combines digital marketing, lead generation, and content creation to support business growth in the US trucking and logistics industry.

We are looking for someone who can think creatively, generate quality leads, and help build strong online presence for our dispatch operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
• Design posts, captions, and promotional material for marketing campaigns
• Generate quality leads for truck dispatching and freight services
• Support sales team by identifying and contacting potential clients (shippers, brokers, carriers)
• Assist in running online campaigns to increase brand visibility
• Maintain lead records and track campaign performance
• Collaborate with dispatch team to support business operations

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
• Strong communication and creative content writing skills
• Interest in lead generation, sales, or logistics industry
• Experience in call center, marketing, or dispatching is a plus
• Familiarity with Canva or basic design tools (preferred)
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented mindset
• Fresh candidates with strong learning attitude are welcome
