Digital Marketing Executive, Web Developer

Journeyman Group is looking for a motivated, creative, and hardworking Marketing Specialist & Web Developer to join our growing team.

We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, passionate about marketing and technology, and ready to contribute to the growth of our business.

Position: Marketing Specialist & Web Developer

Location: Edenvale / Germiston area

Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Employment: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement creative marketing strategies.

* Manage and grow our social media platforms.

* Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Gumtree and other platforms.

* Manage online advertising and promotional campaigns.

* Update and maintain the company website.

* Make website improvements and ensure the website is user-friendly and up to date.

* Assist with SEO and online visibility.

* Create marketing graphics, adverts and promotional material.

* Monitor marketing performance and provide regular reports.

* Support the team with new ideas to increase customer engagement and sales.

✅ Requirements

* Previous experience in Marketing and Web Development.

* Good knowledge of social media marketing and digital advertising.

* Website development and maintenance skills.

* Knowledge of WordPress, HTML, CSS and basic SEO will be an advantage.

* Creative with good attention to detail.

* Good communication and organisational skills.

* Able to work independently and as part of a team.

* Must be reliable, energetic and willing to learn.

* A portfolio of previous marketing/web development work will be an advantage.

* Preferably someone based in or around Edenvale, Germiston or surrounding areas.
