A digital marketing specialist plans, executes, and optimizes online marketing campaigns to promote a company's brand, products, or services.

.Position OverviewWe are seeking a hands-on and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to boost our online presence, drive website traffic, and generate qualified leads. You will manage multi-channel digital campaigns and work with our team to turn online traffic into customer growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Plan and execute digital campaigns across SEO, paid search (SEM/PPC), email, and social media.
• Content Creation: Write compelling copy for ads, social media, blog posts, and marketing emails.
• Data Analysis: Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like traffic, conversion rates, and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) using analytical tools.
• Optimization: Conduct A/B testing on landing pages and ad creatives to improve performance.
• Market Research: Analyze competitor strategies, consumer behavior, and emerging digital trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or campaign execution.
• Technical Tools: Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush).
• Soft Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving abilities, and project management skills.
• Certifications: Relevant credentials (like Google Ads or Meta certifications) are a plus
