Competitive Cracker is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Digital Marketing Faculty to train and mentor students with practical, industry-oriented digital marketing skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging and practical digital marketing training sessions.
• Teach core areas including SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and Analytics.
• Prepare training materials, assignments, projects, and assessments.
• Provide practical guidance through real-world examples and case studies.
• Monitor student performance and provide regular feedback.
• Mentor students on digital marketing careers and industry expectations.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and practices.
• Collaborate with the training team to improve course content and delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Practical experience in Digital Marketing.
• Good knowledge of SEO, paid advertising, social media, content marketing, and analytics.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and Search Console.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong teaching and mentoring abilities.

Preferred

• Prior experience as a Digital Marketing Trainer/Faculty.
• Relevant Digital Marketing certifications.
• Experience handling digital marketing campaigns or projects.

Candidate Preference

• Preference will be given to Kerala-based candidates.
