Job Description

Theniodge Solutions is looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Intern who wants practical experience working on real brands, campaigns and digital growth projects.

This role is suitable for someone who already understands the basics of digital marketing and wants to improve through hands-on work across social media, advertising, content, SEO, lead generation and campaign reporting.

You will work with our marketing and project teams while supporting different brands and client projects.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
• Assist with social media marketing across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and X.
• Conduct competitor, audience and market research.
• Support content planning and campaign ideas.
• Assist with Meta Ads and other paid advertising campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare simple reports.
• Support lead generation and digital customer acquisition activities.
• Assist with basic SEO and website marketing activities.
• Track important metrics such as reach, engagement, leads, clicks and conversions.
• Work closely with content creators, social media managers, project managers and other team members.
• Complete assigned tasks and meet agreed deadlines.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of digital marketing.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and how businesses use them for marketing.
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager is an advantage.
• Understanding of content marketing, SEO, email marketing or paid advertising is an advantage.
• Ability to research and present information clearly.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working remotely and using digital collaboration tools.
• Willingness to learn, take feedback and improve.
• Good organisation and time-management skills.
• Previous professional experience is not compulsory, but personal projects, certifications or practical work will be an advantage.

Internship Structure

This is a 3-month remote internship.

Performance will be assessed based on reliability, communication, ability to learn, execution quality, meeting deadlines and contribution to marketing activities.

Successful interns may be considered for future opportunities with Theniodge Solutions based on performance and business needs.
