Digital Marketing Intern

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage and update company social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
• Create and schedule engaging social media posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.
• Assist in developing creative content, captions, hashtags, and marketing copies.
• Conduct market, competitor, and audience research.
• Support SEO activities, keyword research, and website content optimization.
• Assist with lead generation and online promotion activities.
• Monitor social media engagement, reach, impressions, and other digital marketing metrics.
• Prepare basic digital marketing reports and performance analysis.
• Coordinate with the HR, Recruitment, and Marketing teams for promotional activities.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, social media algorithms, and content formats.

Preferred candidate profile

• Basic understanding of Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with an interest in content creation.
• Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or similar designing tools will be an advantage.
• Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital advertising is preferred.
• Good research, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks.
