About the Role

KALO TECH STUDIO is looking for creative, enthusiastic, and motivated Digital Marketing Interns who are eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in digital marketing. The ideal candidate should have an interest in social media, content creation, SEO, online branding, and digital campaign management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms.
• Manage and update social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Create engaging content for social media posts, blogs, website pages, and promotional campaigns.
• Support Search Engine Optimization (SEO) activities, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and competitor analysis.
• Assist in content calendars, post scheduling, and social media engagement.
• Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, and social media analytics.
• Conduct market research and analyze digital marketing trends.
• Support lead generation, brand awareness, and online reputation management activities.
• Collaborate with the HR, marketing, and technical teams to promote company initiatives and employer branding.
• Prepare performance reports and suggest improvements based on campaign results.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and social media platforms.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, content writing, and social media marketing.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with Canva or other content creation tools is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or digital advertising tools is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage assigned tasks within deadlines.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates pursuing or having completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field are preferred.
• Freshers with a strong interest in digital marketing are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates should be proactive, creative, and eager to gain practical industry experience.
