About the Internship

We're a US-based company with offices in the Philippines, and we're offering an exciting internship/OJT opportunity for current or recent students who are passionate about creativity, storytelling, and digital marketing. As a Creative Content & Social Media intern, you'll work alongside our team to produce real content that represents our brand across Instagram, LinkedIn, and our company website content that real people will see and engage with.

This isn't a role where you'll be watching from the sidelines. You'll be writing actual copy, producing videos and graphics, and contributing to market strategy while publishing live social media campaigns. You'll also be working in an AI-enhanced creative environment, using different ai tool to produce marketing material faster and smarter.

What you'll learn and do during your internship

Copywriting for marketing & social media

• Write captions, ad copy, and blog posts that communicate our brand message clearly and compellingly across different platforms and audiences.

Graphics editing & visual design

• Create and edit visual assets for posts, ads, and website use learning how to maintain consistent brand visuals across channels.

Social media management — Instagram & LinkedIn

• Plan and schedule posts, manage engagement, and learn how to grow and maintain an active online presence for a real company.

AI-enhanced content production

• Learn to use AI tools to speed up ideation, content drafting, and visual creation working smarter in a modern creative workflow.

Website blog writing

• Contribute written articles and posts to our company website, learning how to write for the web with clarity and purpose.

Who we're looking for

✓Current or recent student : Studying Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, Journalism, or any related creative or media program.

✓Creative foundation: You should have some exposure to content creation or marketing in a personal blog, social account, school project, or anything that shows you've made something. We won't be teaching digital marketing from zero.

✓Self-motivated learner: Someone who takes initiative, asks good questions, and doesn't need constant hand-holding to get things done.

✓English communication: Good written and spoken English is essential you'll be writing content and collaborating with our international team.

✓Open to AI tools: Comfortable using or excited to learn AI-powered tools as part of a modern creative workflow.

Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in university or graduated less than a year ago
• Should have some creative background personal projects, school work, or a social media presence you've grown
• Must have basic written English communication skills
• Available for at least 3 months

Important

This internship is an unpaid position, however there are opportunities to earn bonus pay based on your performance, output, and contribution to the team.

If you perform exceptionally well and demonstrate strong creative skills, professionalism, and growth potential, we may offer you a full-time position upon graduation.

Current students: To receive OJT credit hours, your school must be open to partnering with us. If selected, you will need to provide the introduction with your OJT coordinator and assist in any details needed to get approval and earn your hours while working with us.
