We are looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager who can lead our digital growth initiatives and drive measurable business results.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with a strong background in performance marketing, lead generation, and conversion optimization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, analytics, and marketing automation. This role requires a strategic thinker who can build scalable acquisition campaigns while leading a high-performing marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute high-performing digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads.
• Design, build, and optimize end-to-end marketing funnels to maximize lead generation and conversions.
• Identify new target audiences, customer segments, and growth opportunities to scale campaigns.
• Continuously improve key performance metrics, including Cost Per Lead (CPL), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), conversion rates, and overall campaign efficiency.
• Lead A/B testing initiatives for ad creatives, landing pages, audience segments, and marketing funnels.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and CRM platforms.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, content creators, and sales teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
• Manage marketing budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices, and mentor the marketing team accordingly.
• Prepare regular performance reports and present strategic recommendations to management.

• Experience in the skincare, dermatology, healthcare, wellness, beauty, or D2C industry is preferred.
