Responsibilities

Womennovator is looking for a fervent grasper, having past experience with Marketing and Content creation, who is a balance headed, sound with digital marketing tactics, forward looking individual in the pursuit of excellence through development, implementation, tracking and optimizing our campaigns across all digital channels, along with excellent written and verbal communication, should be good with leading a team. If you see yourself having all these virtues, we are looking for you!

Specifically, you will

• Social Media Management: Regular posting on organisation s social media across all handles (Twitter, IG, FB, LinkedIn, Blog etc.); Posts/stories about new offers/ festivals/ industry updates. Handle a team of interns.
• Marketing Collaborations: Looking out for new opportunities for marketing collaborations; Maintaining database and reviewing marketing proposals received from other companies; Analysing marketing proposals and evaluating the ROI.
• Monthly Marketing Plan: Preparing monthly marketing plan for meeting organisational marketing goals; Looking out for innovative market techniques; Implementing monthly marketing plan.
• Creative Content: Create the Creatives for social media; Produce content for website / digital marketing campaigns.
• Online Reputation Management: Addressing queries on social media; Delegating social media leads to CRM team; Resolving issues raised on social media along with CRM team.
• Event Management: Organising hosting companys events; Ensuring participation of company in relevant industry events; Maintaining vendor lists for company events.

Requirements

Specifically, you have the following experience skills:

• Minimum bachelor s degree, master s degree (preferred).
• Good Relationship Management Skills.
• Calm and mature personality.
• Good communication skills.
• Should be Creative and a social media enthusiast.
