Job Overview:

We are looking for a result-driven Digital Marketing Executive with experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in performance marketing, especially Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a focus on lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search & Display) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Generate high-quality leads for real estate projects
• Manage and optimize campaign budgets to maximize ROI
• Handle property listings on portals like Magicbricks, 99acres, Housing.com, etc.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports
• Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversions
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing in Real Estate.
• Prior experience in the Real Estate industry is preferred
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Good understanding of lead generation strategies
• Analytical mindset with ability to track and improve campaign performance
• Immediate joiner preferred
