Digital Marketing Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a Male/Female Admin Cum Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be organized, responsible, and confident in handling daily administrative tasks while supporting our digital marketing and social media activities.

Key Responsibilities

Administration

• Manage daily front-desk and administrative activities.
• Handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, and in person.
• Coordinate registrations, and appointments.
• Maintain records, attendance, payments, and basic documentation.
• Follow up with clients regarding registrations, payments, sessions, and other requirements.
• Prepare and maintain reports, documents, and administrative records.
• Ensure the office and reception area are organized and presentable.

Digital Marketing & Social Media

• Manage and maintain social media accounts such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Prepare social media posts, stories, reels, and promotional content.
• Coordinate with the design/marketing team for posters, campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Assist with digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Monitor social media engagement and respond to relevant inquiries.
• Help maintain and update online listings and promotional platforms.
• Support lead generation and follow up with potential customers.
