About the Role

We are looking for a creative and performance-focused Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow our online presence across social media, paid advertising and e-commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns
• Run and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
• Create and coordinate social media content, reels and promotional campaigns
• Monitor website traffic, leads, sales and campaign performance
• Conduct competitor and market research
• Improve brand visibility and customer engagement
• Coordinate with graphic designers, influencers and content creators
• Manage influencer marketing campaigns
• Prepare weekly/monthly marketing performance reports
• Identify new digital marketing opportunities to increase online sales

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
• Good knowledge of Instagram and Facebook marketing
• Understanding of Google Ads and Google Analytics is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of SEO and e-commerce marketing
• Good communication and creative thinking skills
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and make improvements
• Experience with beauty, cosmetics, D2C or e-commerce brands will be an advantage

Salary
