Our industry experts get to know our client’s business inside and out, exploring processes, pain points and people, to build tailored technology across Cloud & IT Services, Cyber Security, CRM, and ERP.
With solutions designed around client operations, we provide the freedom to be more productive and focus on what is important for your business – without getting side tracked by the admin. At Xperience, we create digital solutions with the power to improve and protect your business, both now and in the future.
Our people are what make us different. They are the primary reason our clients recommend us. Their unique skills and infectious energy help our clients focus on what matters most. Our people actively engage with clients using a collaborative style that prioritises teamwork and trust.
As a rapidly growing business, we look for people who share our values (of integrity, collaboration, ambition and success) to come on our growth journey with us, and create an amazing career #BuiltwithXperience
The Role
The Digital Marketing Manager owns Xperience’s digital channels: the website, SEO, PPC, and paid and organic social. The role runs those channels as the engine behind every marketing campaign, and as an always-on demand capture programme that works between campaigns.
This is a channel specialist role inside a campaign-led team. The digital plan for each quarter is derived from the campaign plan agreed with the Senior Campaign Marketing Manager: which landing pages, which paid support, which search coverage, which social amplification each campaign needs, agreed before launch. Alongside that sits the standing work only this role can own, including website governance, search visibility and conversion optimisation.
Success is measured in campaign terms. Digital performance is reported as pipeline contribution, conversion and cost per opportunity, with channel metrics sitting underneath as supporting evidence.
This is a full-time role working on a hybrid basis between home and one of our offices. Some UK travel will be required.
Job Responsibilities
Own the performance of the website, SEO, PPC, paid social and organic social channels.
Build the digital plan for each campaign with the Senior Campaign Marketing Manager: landing pages, paid search and social support, retargeting and tracking, in place before launch.
Run always-on demand capture across search and PPC so that buyers looking for our solutions between campaigns still convert, feeding the same pipeline reporting.
Own website governance and continuous optimisation: A/B testing, landing page improvement, user journeys and conversion rates.
Own keyword strategy and SEO best practice across the site, working with Campaign Marketing Executives so campaign content is built to rank.
Manage agency relationships across website development, SEO and paid media, holding them to output and efficiency.
Own analytics and tracking (GA4, SEMRush, conversion tracking) so digital reporting is trusted and campaign attribution works.
Report digital performance in campaign terms: pipeline contribution, conversion rates and cost per opportunity, alongside channel diagnostics.
Provide day-to-day guidance and development to the Digital Marketing Assistant.
How Success Is Measured:
Digital’s contribution to campaign pipeline, agreed with the Head of Marketing.
Always-on demand capture performance: qualified leads and cost per opportunity from search and PPC.
Website performance: conversion rates, search visibility and page experience.
Agency output and channel efficiency against budget.
Competencies:
Building Relationships & Influencing: Builds relationships across the business and with external partners, adapting approach to the audience and using influence where needed.
Teamwork & Collaboration: Shares knowledge and works across departments and locations, working co-operatively and supportively with colleagues.
Results Focused / Problem Solving: Prioritises tasks, overcomes obstacles and accepts ownership of work assigned. Owns actions that deliver results.
Client & Commercial Focus: Understands the needs of internal and external clients and is driven to fulfil them. Strives to consistently meet service standards.
