Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital growth. You will be responsible for building brand love on social media and driving measurable revenue growth .

Key Responsibilities

A. Digital Strategy & Brand Building

1. Develop and execute the annual digital marketing strategy for Karachi Bakery.
2. Manage all social media channels - Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn.
3. Plan monthly content calendar for product launches, festivals, and gifting seasons - Diwali, Christmas, Rakhi, Valentine's Day, Ramadan.

B. Performance Marketing

1. Plan, execute and optimize ROI-driven campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads.
2. Drive online orders from karachibakery.com and generate leads for corporate & bulk gifting orders.
3. Own budgets, CAC, ROAS, and conversion optimization.

C. E-commerce & Quick Commerce Growth

1. Grow our presence on Amazon, Flipkart, Swiggy, Zomato, Blinkit, Zepto, BigBasket and Instamart.
2. Manage Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, product listing SEO, A+ Content, pricing, and customer reviews & ratings.
3. Coordinate with sales and retail operations team for offers and city-level promotions.

D. Content, Influencer & ORM

1. Work with photographers, designers and video editors to create high-quality reels, product shoots, and UGC.
2. Identify and manage collaborations with Hyderabad food bloggers, food influencers, and corporate influencers.
3. Manage Online Reputation Management (ORM) - replying to Google reviews, Instagram comments, and Zomato/Swiggy reviews.

E. Reporting & Analytics

1. Track performance using GA4, Meta Business Suite, Shopify, and marketplace dashboards.
2. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on revenue, ROAS, engagement, and follower growth.

Required Qualifications & Skills

1. MBA / Graduate with 3-9 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
2. Must have experience in FMCG, QSR, Bakery, D2C, Food & Beverage or agency handling F&B clients.
3. Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, SEO, Amazon Seller Central.
4. Strong understanding of Instagram trends, content marketing and influencer marketing.
5. Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Telugu preferred.
6. Creative mindset with good design sense and understanding of premium food branding.
7. Proficiency in tools like Canva, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, Excel.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
D2C Website Revenue, ROAS, Quick Commerce Sales, Social Media Growth & Engagement, Festive Gifting Revenue.
