The initiative aims to contribute to workforce development and economic growth in Nigeria.

About This Opportunity: We are looking for three full-time digital marketers to work directly with BTO on distributing content across LinkedIn to attract stakeholders, sponsors, partners, professional coaches, teachers, and more students to NNWD. Your work will focus on executing marketing strategies, increasing visibility, expanding our audience, and connecting the initiative with the people and organizations needed to grow it. As part of the team, you will also receive guidance and practical support to build your own professional career and personal brand on LinkedIn. You will develop your marketing expertise, strengthen your professional presence, and learn how to demonstrate your ability to deliver valuable results in the marketplace.

Job Responsibilities

-         Execute LinkedIn marketing and content distribution strategies.

-         Help attract stakeholders, sponsors, partners, coaches, teachers, and students to NNWD.

-         Research content ideas, marketing strategies, and audience-growth opportunities.

-         Support content scheduling, repurposing, and distribution.

-         Participate in collaborative content creation and audience-growth activities.

-         Track marketing performance and report results.

-         Work with the team to execute marketing plans and improve results.

Requirements

-         At least 1–2 years of practical digital marketing experience.

-         Experience with LinkedIn marketing and content distribution.

-         Good written communication and research skills.

-         Access to a laptop and reliable internet connection.

-         Ability to work full-time and meet agreed deadlines.

-         Strong responsiveness, speed, accountability, and execution.

-         Willingness to learn, collaborate, and contribute consistently.
