• มีประสบการณ์ปั้นบัญชีจาก 0
• สามารถใช้ภาษาไทยได้อย่างคล่องแคล่ว (จำเป็นต่อการปรับคอนเทนต์ให้เหมาะกับกลุ่มลูกค้า)
• หากสื่อสารเป็นภาษาอังกฤษและภาษาจีนได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• ติดตามเทรนด์ออนไลน์และคุ้นเคยกับอัลกอริทึมของ TikTok
• สามารถใช้เครื่องมือตัดต่อ เช่น CapCut ได้
• มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี สามารถปรับตัวเข้ากับวัฒนธรรมองค์กรธุรกิจร้านอาหารแฟรนไชส์ได้

About the Role TikTok Strategy Manager for a food business in Thailand. The role involves developing and executing TikTok strategies, content planning, and team management to drive business growth through social media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan strategies and launch campaigns
• Define content direction and scriptwriting
• Manage content creation and distribution
• Oversee live streaming and sales closing
• Build team structure and workflows

About You:

• 1–3+ years of hands-on experience managing TikTok / Instagram Reels
• Proven track record of building accounts from scratch (from 0)
• Fluent in Thai (essential for adapting content to the target audience)
• Proficiency in English and Chinese is a plus
• Strong awareness of online trends and deep understanding of the TikTok algorithm
• Proficient in video editing tools, such as CapCut
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to a franchise restaurant culture
• Passionate about Chinese food and possess a good understanding of diverse consumer perspectives
