What they need
- Update and manage company's page and all other future social media channel.
- Update and manage company's website
a. Search engine optimization
b. Website is listed in relevant indexes and directories - Troubleshoot on minor concerns and elevate if needed accordingly
- Online Advertisements: Plan, create material and manage advertisements in different platforms
- Set Up and manage future E-commerce platform
- Determine and check potential online/digital opportunities
- Monitor online conversations pertaining to Super 8 and the retail industry
- Function as online customer service representative by handling concerns and routing to pertinent departments
- Liaise and align with other Marketing sub units, and other departments
Qualification:
* Must be a graduate of Bachelor's degree in Marketing (with inclination to IT) or IT (with inclination to Marketing) or any related course.
* Preferably with background or experience in Multi Media Arts / Technology.
