Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Specialist

who is interested in technology, innovation, education, and startup-related projects. This role is ideal for someone who can combine creative content ideas with campaign execution, digital advertising, and basic performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, competitor activities, and audience needs.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, sales, and engagement.
• Create content ideas that attract students, startups, corporate clients, and partners.
• Manage the planning, scheduling, and publishing of social media posts.
• Prepare clear task briefs for designers in line with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Support the preparation of content for offline and printed marketing materials.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta and TikTok platforms.
• Track campaign performance and suggest improvements based on results.
• Prepare short marketing emails, WhatsApp/community messages, and announcement texts for campaigns and events.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in marketing or a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to create engaging content in Azerbaijani and English.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media and content marketing.
• Experience with digital advertising and analytics tools, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads,
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
• Experience in IT, education, startup, or FinTech industries is a plus.
