Digital Marketing Specialist

Role & responsibilities

We are hiring Digital Marketing Specialist with 3-4 years of experience with strong communication skills and having Ed Tech sales background are preferable.

• Develop and execute innovative digital marketing strategies for both B2B and B2C audiences
• Manage end-to-end campaigns across social media, email, content, and paid advertising
• Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, brand visibility, and revenue growth
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and continuously optimize for ROI and conversions
• Collaborate with internal teams to create high-impact, engaging content
• Identify opportunities to monetize social media platforms and digital communities
• Build scalable funnels and automation workflows to improve customer journeys

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong expertise in performance marketing, social media growth, lead generation, and conversion optimization
• Hands-on experience with GA4, Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, and marketing automation tools
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to independently take campaigns from strategy to monetization

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and funnel optimization
• Relevant certifications in digital marketing tools/platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
