Job Summary

We are seeking a creative, analytical, and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and execute digital marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate leads, engage customers, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate has experience with social media, search engine optimization (SEO), paid advertising, content marketing, email marketing, and digital analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels.
• Manage and optimize social media accounts, including content planning, posting, engagement, and community management.
• Create and execute SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Develop marketing content, including website copy, social media posts, email campaigns, blogs, and promotional materials.
• Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, conversions, and other key marketing metrics.
• Use tools such as Google Analytics and advertising platform dashboards to analyze campaign results.
• Conduct market, competitor, audience, and keyword research to identify new opportunities.
• Develop and manage email marketing campaigns and customer communications.
• Collaborate with sales, design, content, and other teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Track marketing budgets and optimize spending to maximize return on investment (ROI).
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide recommendations for improving campaign effectiveness.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, algorithms, tools, and industry best practices.
