About the Role
Clearhire is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist on behalf of RebornX. The candidate will be responsible for managing digital marketing activities, strengthening online presence, and generating measurable business leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage social media channels and create engaging content
• Plan and execute Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital campaigns
• Manage SEO, website content, and online visibility
• Generate leads through digital marketing campaigns
• Track campaign performance, traffic, leads, and conversions
• Prepare simple performance reports and identify areas for improvement
• Coordinate with internal teams, designers, and external agencies when required

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and social media
• Good understanding of Google Analytics/GA4 and digital marketing metrics
• Strong content, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, small-team environment

Expectations

• Ownership of campaigns end-to-end, from planning to performance reporting
• Consistent, data-backed decision-making rather than guesswork
• Timely delivery of content, campaigns, and reports without follow-ups needed
