About the Role

At dormakaba, we're transforming the way we deliver digital marketing through AI, automation and modern marketing technology. We're looking for a highly organised Digital Experience Technology Specialist who combines hands-on digital marketing execution with a passion for AI-driven ways of working. You'll own the technical delivery of marketing campaigns, build digital experiences, manage marketing automation and use AI as a core part of your daily workflow. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys combining project coordination, marketing technology, website management and AI-powered productivity to deliver measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

• Manage digital marketing campaigns from planning through launch and reporting
• Build and maintain landing pages, microsites and web experiences in Webflow
• Create and deploy responsive HTML email campaigns
• Configure and optimise marketing automation programmes within Salesforce Account Engagement and HubSpot Marketing Hub
• Coordinate stakeholders, assets, approvals and campaign timelines using project management tools such as Jira or Notion
• Act as webmaster for campaign websites, ensuring quality, compliance and performance
• Use AI tools and AI agents to accelerate campaign delivery, reporting, quality checking and workflow automation
• Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve results

What we require

Essential Experience

• Minimum 3 years' experience in digital marketing, marketing technology or campaign operations
• Experience working in a fast-paced agency or in-house digital marketing environment
• Proven experience delivering digital campaigns involving multiple stakeholders and deadlines
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, particularly HubSpot Marketing Hub and Salesforce Account Engagement
• Experience building and maintaining websites, landing pages and campaign assets in Webflow
• Experience as a webmaster or managing digital properties
• Experience using Figma to work from design files and templates
