Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to drive domestic and international marketing initiatives for our transformer business. The candidate will be responsible for generating qualified B2B leads through digital channels, strengthening the company’s online brand presence, promoting products and services in domestic and export markets, and supporting the sales team in business development activities.

The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B/industrial digital marketing, SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing, website management, email campaigns, lead generation, and digital branding.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for domestic and international markets.
• Generate high-quality B2B leads through digital platforms and online campaigns.
• Promote transformer products and services to potential customers in India and overseas markets.
• Manage and optimize SEO and SEM activities to improve online visibility.
• Plan and execute Google Ads and LinkedIn PPC campaigns.
• Manage and optimize the company’s Google Business Profile.
• Increase website traffic, engagement, and lead conversion rates.
• Manage and regularly update website content, product information, and marketing materials.
• Execute email marketing campaigns for domestic and international prospects.
• Develop and manage the company’s presence on LinkedIn and other relevant digital platforms.
• Monitor website traffic and campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Track leads generated through digital channels and coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups.
• Support digital branding, product promotions, and international business development activities.
• Prepare periodic reports on digital marketing performance, leads, conversions, and campaign ROI.

Educational Qualification & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline with a Digital Marketing Certification.
• 2–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
• Experience in B2B, industrial, electrical, transformer, engineering, or manufacturing sectors will be preferred.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing, PPC, email marketing, website management, and analytics.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Exposure to international/export marketing and lead generation will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
