Digital Marketing Staff

About the role

Digital Marketing Staff position at JNJ Specialist Dental Centre & Smart Dental, a growing dental healthcare group. The role involves developing and executing digital marketing activities across social media and digital channels to increase brand awareness, engagement, and patient acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing activities across social media and digital channels
• Manage and optimize social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok
• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and patient acquisition
• Create and maintain monthly content plans and social media calendars
• Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities
• Assist in managing and monitoring Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
• Track and analyze digital marketing performance, including reach, engagement, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion, and ROAS
• Work closely with internal teams to develop relevant and engaging content
• Support promotional campaigns, events, and other marketing initiatives
• Prepare regular reports and provide insights based on campaign and social media performance

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Familiar with social media platforms and digital marketing channels, particularly Instagram, TikTok, Google, and Meta
• Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics such as Reach, Engagement, CTR, CPC, CPM, Conversion, and ROAS
• Strong interest in social media, digital trends, and consumer behavior
• Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, content planning, or campaign management is a plus
• Experience in the healthcare or dental industry is an advantage
