What they need
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven adjustments.
- Ensure smooth operation of the e-commerce website and TikTok Shop.
- Oversee and coordinate TikTok Live operations to ensure consistent execution of live streaming activities in line with marketing campaigns.
- Develop and execute CRM campaigns (email, whatsapp, in-app) to increase conversions.
- Analyze CRM performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns.
- Provide guidance and support to team members.
Qualifications:
- Min. 3-5 years experience in Digital Marketing or related division.
