Job Description

OTY Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and motivated Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who want to build their careers in digital marketing and gain practical experience working on real-time projects.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage and update social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Create engaging content ideas, captions, and social media posts.
• Assist with content planning, scheduling, and publishing.
• Support SEO activities, including keyword research and website optimization.
• Monitor social media engagement, reach, and campaign performance.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research.
• Coordinate with the graphic design and content teams.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and strategies.
• Support other marketing activities as required.

Requirements

• Any degree or relevant qualification in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
• Good communication and creative thinking skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, SEO, or digital marketing tools is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
