Digital Marketing Mentor – Full-TimeJob Summary

iROHUB Infotech is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Mentor to join our team on a full-time basis. The candidate should have strong practical knowledge of digital marketing and the ability to train and mentor students using real-world examples and live projects.

Key Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on Digital Marketing experience – Required
• Agency/client-handling experience preferred
• Strong expertise in at least one:
• SEO
• Google Ads / PPC
• Meta Ads / Social Media Marketing
• Working knowledge of GA4, Google Search Console, GTM, WordPress, Canva, Email Marketing, Content Marketing and Funnels
• Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to communicate in English and Tamil
• Training/mentoring experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct practical digital marketing training sessions.
• Mentor students on live projects and assignments.
• Teach SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics, content marketing and funnels.
• Explain campaign planning, execution, optimization and reporting.
• Guide students in portfolio development and interview preparation.
• Keep students updated with the latest digital marketing and AI trends.

Interview / Demo

Candidates may be asked to:

• Explain a real campaign handled by them.
• Demonstrate Google Ads, Meta Ads or SEO strategies.
• Explain campaign performance and optimization.
• Conduct a short demo training session.

Work Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: Alternate Saturdays Off
• Sunday: Weekly Off
• Work Location: In Person
• Education: Bachelor's Degree – Preferred
