Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant

Job Summary:
We're a well-established jewelry brand on the lookout for a creative and proactive Social Media & Video Content VA to lead the creative side of our digital marketing. This role covers email marketing campaigns, social media ad creatives, short-form video editing, and content creation from a professionally shot seasonal image library. We're looking for someone with strong creative instincts who brings ideas to the table — not someone who waits to be told what to make.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and schedule at least two Mailchimp email campaigns per week, planning up to a month of campaigns in advance
• Design social media ad creatives for Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest using our seasonal image library
• Create engaging short-form content, including Reels and TikTok videos
• Edit promotional videos and short product clips for the website and social channels
• Review ad and campaign performance and prepare reports with recommendations
• Proactively pitch creative concepts, campaign themes, and content ideas
• Retouch, crop, and optimize images for campaigns and web use
• Collaborate closely with the creative director for direction, feedback, and final approval

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience creating content and ad creatives for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok
• Hands-on experience with Mailchimp or a similar email marketing platform
• Strong video editing skills for short-form and promotional content
• Proficiency in Photoshop or a comparable image editing tool
• A strong creative eye with the confidence to generate and pitch original ideas independently
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Strong communication skills and openness to feedback

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Final Cut Pro or other professional video editing software
• Background creating content for fashion, jewelry, beauty, or lifestyle brands
• Experience improving email marketing performance or advising on email platform strategy
• Understanding of ad performance metrics and reporting
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
