About the role

Oyster Care is seeking a talented and versatile Digital Marketing, Website Development & Creative Content Specialist to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and technically skilled person who can manage and develop websites, create engaging digital content, and support social media and marketing activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong combination of WordPress website development, graphic design, video editing, social media marketing and digital marketing skills.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and update WordPress websites
• Create and modify website pages, landing pages and content
• Manage website layouts, images, forms, plugins and basic SEO
• Ensure websites are mobile-friendly, user-friendly and visually appealing
• Design social media posts, banners, posters, advertisements and marketing materials
• Create and edit short- and long-form videos for social media and marketing campaigns
• Manage and create content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other relevant platforms
• Develop social media content calendars and schedule posts
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns and newsletters
• Assist with digital marketing campaigns and online promotions

About you

• Experience with WordPress website development and management
• Good knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic website troubleshooting
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or similar
• Strong video editing skills using software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve or similar
• Experience creating content for social media platforms
• Understanding of social media marketing and digital marketing principles
• Strong creative and visual design skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
