We are My Smiling House Sdn. Bhd. (Established since 2013). Based in a retail showroom opened in September 2025 at Lebuh Katz, Georgetown, Penang, we manage two rapidly growing omni-channel brands:

Camino Winter Wear: A quality-focused winter apparel and travel gear brand tailoring to outbound travelers, focusing on style and functional comfort. (www.camino.com.my)

Happihome: A lifestyle brand focused on functional, aesthetic, and affordable home living products.

Operating across a modern ecosystem of Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and our own web store, we ship over 10,000 parcels monthly. We bridge the gap between a premium physical showroom experience and modern digital commerce.

This program is designed to bridge the gap between creative execution and business strategy. You will treat our retail showroom and products as your creative studio, learning the entire lifecycle of content from ideation and production to platform analytics and revenue tracking. It offers an ideal environment for anyone looking to build a strong professional portfolio in digital media and commerce.

Key Responsibilities (Job Scope):

Live Stream Hosting: Host engaging live streaming sessions on platforms like TikTok Shop and Shopee Live (2-3 hours per day) to showcase products, engage viewers in real-time, and drive live commerce conversions.

Multimedia Content Production: Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit engaging short-form video content (such as TikToks, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts) and lifestyle imagery featuring our winter wear and home products.

Social Commerce & Community Management: Assist in maintaining our digital brand voice across platforms. Help manage incoming community engagement, respond to customer interactions on social media feeds, and optimize product listings using platform SEO keywords.

Operations & Data Analytics: Gain fundamental insights into e-commerce operations by assisting with listing placements, inventory syncing, and analyzing live, video and store performance metrics to see what content truly converts viewers into buyers.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Comfortable, confident, and willing to appear on camera to present products and host live streams.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Communications, Digital Media Production, Marketing, Business, Creative Media, or any related discipline with a strong interest in digital content.

A keen eye for digital trends, trending audio hooks, and visual aesthetics.

Basic proficiency in video editing software (such as CapCut or Premiere Pro)

An eager-to-learn mindset ready to blend creative artistry with real-world business results.

Benefits & Work Structure:

Monthly Allowance: Provided.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday – Friday).

Work-Life Balance: 5-day work week. Weekends and Public Holidays are off.

Training & Mentorship: Hands-on guidance in both technical multimedia creation and data-driven e-commerce strategy.
