Career141 is an executive search firm connecting leading organisations in Sri Lanka and overseas with senior talent. We’re looking for a Digital Media Manager to own every part of how Career141 shows up online.

What you’ll do

• Manage and grow all Career141 social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
• Plan, run and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn and Google Ads, and manage the budget
• Drive SEO for our website and job content to grow organic traffic
• Build and run email marketing campaigns for clients, candidates and our talent community
• Track performance (reach, leads, applications, cost per result) and report monthly
• Support digital promotion of Career141 events, awards and initiatives
• Work closely with our content and creative team to make sure campaigns go live on time and on brand

What we’re looking for

• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on paid media experience
• Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads and Google Analytics
• Practical SEO and email marketing experience
• Comfortable with data, and able to turn numbers into clear decisions
• Experience in recruitment, HR or B2B services is a plus
