Digital & AI Intern | Dataviv Technologies

Location: South Mumbai, work from office
Schedule: 6 days a week, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Preference: Candidates based in South Mumbai

Dataviv Technologies is looking for a creative, organised, and technology-savvy intern with practical knowledge of AI tools to support presentations, video creation, graphic design, and daily office work.

Key Responsibilities

• Create professional PowerPoint presentations, pitch decks, and reports using AI tools.
• Design graphics, marketing materials, and digital content using Canva and Gamma.
• Create and edit videos, including scripts, visuals, and voiceovers, using Google Flow and ElevenLabs.
• Use ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini for research, drafting, and content development.
• Prepare invoices, maintain spreadsheets, and organise office documents with accuracy.
• Assist with tender documentation, proposals, and other administrative tasks as required.
• Review AI-generated content for accuracy, clarity, and presentation quality.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Currently in the final year of, or have completed, a B.Sc. in Computer Science.
• Knowledge of AI and hands-on familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Gamma, Canva, Google Flow, and ElevenLabs are mandatory.
• Good graphic design sense and the ability to create clear, visually appealing presentations and videos.
• Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Good written communication, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Available to work from our South Mumbai office 6 days a week, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Experience with tenders, invoicing, and general office work will be an added advantage.
