💼 Open Position - Digital Onboarding Executive — Sales

Kappal is a digital logistics platform helping freight forwarders, CHAs, exporters, and logistics businesses simplify and streamline their shipping operations through technology.

📍 Location Requirement: Mumbai Only (Immediate joiners preferred)

This role is strictly for candidates currently based in Mumbai or willing to relocate immediately. Applications from other locations will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct consultative product demonstrations for logistics businesses and freight stakeholders

• Drive lead-to-customer conversions through value-based selling

• Own the digital onboarding journey from activation to adoption

• Guide customers on leveraging Kappal’s rate discovery, shipment visibility, and operational tools

• Build strong customer relationships and improve retention

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in a performance-driven environment

• Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and CRM hygiene

• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and customer success teams

• CHA / Customs Operations

• Supply Chain & Trade Operations

• SaaS or Technology Sales
