Digital Operations & E-Commerce Coordinator

Role Overview

You will take direct ownership of 4EM’s digital storefronts and IP Retail Engine as a dedicated part-time employer. This role is responsible for executing the static e-commerce conversion environment and managing the backend infrastructure that drives our physical artifact drops and digital vault access. You will ensure that all digital layouts, mockups, and delivery pipelines maintain our strict, premium terminal aesthetic with zero downtime.

​Core Responsibilities

• ​Infrastructure Management: Manage and maintain the website and its platform integrations to ensure uninterrupted storefront availability and proper domain routing.
• ​Asset Generation: Rapid visual mockups and conceptual blueprints, adhering strictly to the locked project aesthetic.
• ​E-Commerce Staging: Execute mockup pipeline to composite flat assets into raw, on brand environments.
• ​Quality Control: Verify the physical dimensions of books and apparel, and other artifacts, adjusting digital staging to match perfectly and ensuring maximum clarity for the customer.
• ​Automation & Distribution: Maintain the trigger workflows that dispatch secure digital payloads upon the acquisition of classified physical artifacts.

​Requirements & Technical Stack

• ​Platform Proficiency: Advanced experience managing digital storefronts, product catalogs, and email campaign automations.
• ​Design Software: Strong proficiency in graphic overlays, background removal, and high-resolution print file formatting.
• ​AI Prompting: Ability to efficiently and productively generative S.I (Super intelligence) for specific, commercial-use asset creation rather than speculative imagery.

Pay: $7.25 per hour
