Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Digital Operations Associate to review, annotate, and structure multimodal datasets for advanced artificial intelligence models. You will play a crucial role in improving data quality across text, images, spreadsheets, and complex structured documents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Systematically tag and structure complex data inputs while strictly adhering to formatting guidelines.
• Assess and grade the quality of AI-generated content, ensuring it meets strict linguistic and structural standards.
• Escalate ambiguous data inputs and collaborate on improving classification rules and standards.
• Achieve and sustain top-tier quality scores while processing datasets at scale.

Requirements:

• Outstanding critical thinking skills with the ability to dissect complex written instructions.
• Demonstrated history in quality assurance, content moderation, research, or data validation.
• Strong written and spoken English proficiency to clearly articulate complex judgments.
• Reliable high-speed internet and home office setup.
• Currently residing in the US or Canada with the ability to work standard North American hours.
