Digital Operations Specialist

We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with digital platforms, data, and stakeholder coordination. You should be comfortable managing website content, analysing performance metrics, and ensuring information is accurate and up to date. The ideal candidate is organised, analytical, and able to adapt quickly to new digital tools and processes.

The contract duration is 3 months, subject to extension.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Operations Management

• Execute daily website content uploads, updates, and maintenance including event listings, metadata management, and digital record processing
• Process content update requests from internal teams and external stakeholders efficiently
• Coordinate event approval workflows ensuring compliance with established criteria and standards
• Conduct comprehensive quality assurance checks on all files and content before publication
• Monitor published content for accuracy, consistency, and currency of information

Analytics and Performance Reporting

• Extract and compile key performance metrics for weekly target performance reports with accurate data delivery to stakeholders
• Support trend analysis to identify patterns and insights from performance datasets
• Collaborate with marketing teams to put together reports for campaign performance and funnel analysis.
• Perform administrative tasks when assigned

Requirements

• Degree in any discipline
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in digital operations, website/content management, reporting, or related functions
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and CSV file management
• Able to interpret data, analyse trends, and derive actionable insights from reports and dashboards
• Familiar with web analytics tools and digital campaign performance tracking
• Understanding of digital marketing funnels and performance metrics
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Meticulous with a strong eye for detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Resourceful problem-solver with the ability to troubleshoot content or data issues
• Adaptable and willing to learn new systems, tools, and processes
