Digital Performance Analytics Specialist - Contract

SALT is supporting a leading global online marketplace to hire a Digital Performance & Growth Lead focused on commercial performance optimisation, reporting, and growth strategy.

This role sits within a digital partner engagement function responsible for helping business partners maximise performance through digital channels, content, product adoption, and self-service support.

The Lead, Digital Performance & Growth will own commercial performance reporting, identify growth opportunities, uncover actionable insights, and drive optimisation of key commercial metrics. The role works closely with commercial, product, operations, revenue management, and data teams to improve business outcomes and influence strategic decision-making.

• 9-month contract
• Hybrid working in Amsterdam, Netherlands
• 80EUR per hour

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Own reporting and performance tracking for key commercial and growth metrics.
• Analyse trends, anomalies, and performance deviations to identify opportunities and risks.
• Deliver actionable insights that influence strategic priorities and commercial decision-making.
• Partner with commercial, product, operations, revenue management, and data teams to improve business outcomes.
• Develop tracking frameworks and measurement approaches to evaluate initiative performance and impact.
• Lead strategic, high-complexity programmes and coach colleagues on performance management best practices.
