Role Description The Digital Performance Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Peristéra, responsible for optimizing and managing clients’ digital campaigns and online presence. This role includes monitoring website performance, analyzing traffic and conversion data, and recommending improvements for SEO, social media, and online advertising. The Digital Performance Executive collaborates with web designers, developers, and marketing professionals to plan and execute performance-driven strategies. Daily tasks involve creating performance reports, managing budgets for digital campaigns, and staying current with trends and best practices in digital marketing and analytics. The position requires proactive communication with clients and internal teams to ensure measurable results and continuous optimization.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in digital marketing Google and Meta ads
• Experience with web analytics tools, performance tracking, and data-driven optimization.
• Understanding of web design, web development processes, and user experience principles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Greek language skills are an advantage.
• Relevant academic background in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, IT, or a related field.
• Previous experience in an agency or digital services environment is highly beneficial.
• Detail-oriented mindset, strong analytical thinking, and a commitment to continuous learning.
