Love digging into the data and figuring out what's really driving performance? This could be your next move.

You'll take ownership of optimisation across the client portfolio — making smart calls on what to scale, what to change and where to push performance further. You'll have a sharp eye for tracking, attribution and data integrity, ensuring the numbers tell the right story.

You'll work closely with Account Managers and clients, turning performance data into clear insights and actionable recommendations. You'll also help set campaign standards, build better reporting, work with platform partners and enjoy mentoring junior team members.

This is a role for someone who wants to go beyond managing campaigns and really own performance.

This is an independent agency across Auckland and Wellington. They work across a diverse mix of clients. This role could be based in either Auckland or Wellington and includes hybrid working.
